We are saying goodbye to two members of the VUCAVU team who have been instrumental in getting the site up and running.

In 2017, Cecilia Araneda served as VUCAVU’s Executive Director. Cecilia was always very forward thinking and, right from the start, began visioning and working towards the future of the platform.

VUCAVU is excited and honoured to participate in FIFA CONNEXIONS, as part of the International Festival of Films on Art's (FIFA) professional conference series in Montreal from March 20-22, 2019. VUCAVU's Jacquelyn Hébert will be part of a panel called A Discussion With Web Platforms for Films About Art ( Rencontre avec les plateformes web pour le film sur l'art) on MARCH 20th that includes the participation of ART21, NOWNESS, STINGRAY and VUCAVU.

The Project Manager is responsible for the development, coordination and management of a VUCAVU expansion project over an eighteen month term.
We are pleased to announce VUCAVU's new outreach initiative that will be taking us to arts communities across the country in 2019-2020 to meet and discuss with artists and media art enthusiasts of all kinds. With a grant from the Canada Council for the Arts, VUCAVU's Community and Program Manager, Jacquelyn Hébert will be presenting workshops for people who want to learn more about VUCAVU, digital distribution opportunities and ways to utilize digital tools.
