In addition to the Information indicated above, each time you visit our Websites or servers, VUCAVU may collect some anonymous information, including the type of browser and system you are using, the address of the site you have come from and move to after your visit, the date and time of your visit and your server’s IP address, the content you have watched and/or used, the options you have chosen, and any other information relating to your browsing experience with VUCAVU or its services providers, partners and clients (the “Browsing Information”). We collect this information for statistical purposes to find out how our Website are used and navigated, including the number of hits, the frequency and duration of visit, most popular session times. Payments on our Websites are done through a third party payment service called Beanstrean and are directly transferred to them. We do not collect any credit card information from you on VUCAVU’s servers.

VUCAVU, however, reserves the right to disclose the information regarding the users of its Website in the following situations:

If you choose to use our services, any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the laws in the province of Ontario, Canada.

You agree that in case of litigation, you chose that the dispute be resolved by arbitration following the arbitration proceedings set out in section 940 and following of the Code of civil procedure, CQLR c. C-25 and agree to elect domicile in the district of Toronto (ONTARIO) Canada.
