COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION ACQUIRED USING VUCAVU
Through your interaction with and use of VUCAVU’s (“VUCAVU”, “us”, “our” or “we”) website and/or Platform (“VUCAVU Services”), we may collect Information, which may be information that identifies an individual or relates to an identifiable individual.
VUCAVU collects information when it is connected via a compatible device and/or platform.

Information we may collect may include, but is not limited to, information you voluntarily provide to us, such as when you create an account on our Websites, your server’s IP address and server information, the hardware of the mobile device, computer and/or any computing device or platform you use to access VUCAVU Services, including, but not limited to Central Processing Unit (CPU) type, Random-Access Memory (RAM), operating system, computer model, screen refresh rate and latency, app memory and CPU consumption, graphic processing unit (GPU) type (to complete + precisions) (“collectively, the “Generic Information”).
In addition to the Information indicated above, each time you visit our Websites or servers, VUCAVU may collect some anonymous information, including the type of browser and system you are using, the address of the site you have come from and move to after your visit, the date and time of your visit and your server’s IP address, the content you have watched and/or used, the options you have chosen, and any other information relating to your browsing experience with VUCAVU or its services providers, partners and clients (the “Browsing Information”). We collect this information for statistical purposes to find out how our Website are used and navigated, including the number of hits, the frequency and duration of visit, most popular session times. We may use this information to evaluate and improve our Website and online services performance.
HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
VUCAVU may use your Generic Information and/or Browsing Information (collectively, the “Information”) to:

BILLING INFORMATION
For any order you place on our Websites, you may have to provide us with billing information pertaining to your order. Payments on our Websites are done through a third party payment service called Worldline Canada and are directly transferred to them. We do not collect any credit card information from you on VUCAVU’s servers.

We use the safest security standards available to maintain the security of your Information.

COLLECTION AND USE OF INFORMATION
VUCAVU will not use your Information for purposes other than those described in the present confidentiality statement without having obtained your prior consent.
VUCAVU, however, reserves the right to disclose the information regarding the users of its Website in the following situations:

VUCAVU is not responsible for the information contained outside its own Website and cannot offer a guarantee as to the accuracy of this information. DISPUTES
If you choose to use our services, any dispute over privacy is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use, including limitations on damages, arbitration of disputes, and application of the laws in the province of Ontario, Canada.
You agree that in case of litigation, you chose that the dispute be resolved by arbitration following the arbitration proceedings set out in section 940 and following of the Code of civil procedure, CQLR c. C-25 and agree to elect domicile in the district of Toronto (ONTARIO) Canada.
