Dino-Orange uses stop-motion to weave a retro sci fi tale. “The orange is held captive in the castle by the evil monster who doesn't want dinosaurs to fly. There's no time to explain!” Using dialogue from the American 1934 film classic King Kong, and visually referencing Ishiro Honda’s iconic 1954 film Godzilla, Robertson jams with bygone pop culture, and technologies old and new rendering both absurd.
