A video camera on autofocus is set to record an images of a meditation cushion through a pane of glass. As the camera obtains focus, it questions itself and returns to a blurry image. As the image continually shifts from focused to blurry and back, it acts as a metaphor for the meditative experience, while encouraging such and experience in its viewer.
