Synopsis

Buck functions as a biography as well as an examination of the notions of the documentary genre. The tape follows the personal history of a retired ranch hand, William (Buck) Drummond, who worked throughout B.C. and southern Alberta between 1930 and 1979. Narrated by William (Buck) he constructs his history for the viewer.
