“Condos with Million Dollar Views” explores the fine art techniques used to sell condos as habitable sculptures. It focuses on several developments on the lakeshore in Toronto’s west end. One of the developers is Sotheby’s, better known as a leading art auction house. Amongst several parallels, the video also looks at sparrows who inhabit real sculptures in sight of the condo developments. Eventually, the parallels converge.
