Bio

Paul Kajander is a Canadian artist who works in multiple media, with a tendency towards video and installation. He studied visual art, cultural theory and museology in Vancouver (SFU), Montréal (Concordia) and Norwich (UEA), before receiving his MFA from the Department of Art History, Visual Art & Theory at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. In addition to his work as an internationally exhibiting artist, Kajander's activities have also included music production in performance and recording projects as well as organizing exhibitions for other artists. In 2013 he presented new work for The Real DMZ: Borderline, organized by SAMUSO: Space for Contemporary Art to coincide with the 60th Anniversary of the armistice between North and South Korea.
