Eva Ziemsen

Bio

Eva Ziemsen immigrated to Canada in 1988 from Munich, Germany. She has made several short films, which have been played at various Canadian and international film festivals. Eva also created and teaches the “How to Get into the Film Industry Workshop” in Toronto. She was co-founder of CAUS: The Canadian Australian Film Festival, which premiered in Adelaide, Australia in 2002. Eva is based in Toronto where she recently finished editing a short film, “Captured,” which she directed in Australia over the past year. Currently, Eva is developing a feature narrative film in London, England, which she aims to direct and produce in the near future.
