Bio
Sean Michael Turrell is a graduate of York University’s Film Production Program and began his career assisting director Peter Bogdanovich (The Last Picture Show). Sean initiated his directing career in music videos and has directed over 80 clips for major label artists such as Michael Bublé and Good Charlotte and popular independent artists such as Broken Social Scene, Hawksley Workman, Lights, Tegan and Sara, and Mstrkrft. He is the winner of a Juno Award for Best Video Director, West Coast Music Awards Best Video, and four MuchMusic Awards, including Best Video and Best Director.
