Bio
Victor Dobchuk began his media career as a camera person and independent film maker then worked in TV News before setting up Malanka Productions where he produced TV and radio in the social marketing sector. He ended his career working as Locations Manager and Locations scout. His career included service with the Winnipeg Film Group, the Board of Manitoba Film and Sound and numerous non media organizations. He is a member of the Directors Guild of Canada. Recently he donated many hours of video material related to his social advocacy to the University of Winnipeg archives.
