Bio
Phil has been making movies since 2004 under Toolkit Productions and Alistair James Films. Recent directing credits include short films KISSING DREW and SURVIVAL GUIDE, as well as commercial and music video projects. He is currently in development on a feature length project, and keeping busy with more bite-sized PSA pieces for Canadian not-for-profits. Phil is also a credited theatre producer.
