Marie-Hélène Cousineau is a director and writer. Long term involvment in independent video production at Igloolik, collaborator on numerous projects with Inuit women. Awards: Documentary prize for "" Women in Black"" in the Festival du Jeune Cinéma (Montréal 1991) and special mention for "" Du potlatch, l'odeur de l'huile"" at the Video Culture Canada Festival (Toronto 1987).
