Julien Champagne develops a multidisciplinary practice that crosses the fields of media arts and experimental music. His work aims to explore the malleability of sound, landscape, and everyday objects. As a musician, he participates in various musical improvisation groups and collaborates with video artists and filmmakers. His collaborations have led him to present his work at numerous music and film festivals in Canada, France, the United States and Australia. He lives and works in Montreal.
