Bio
Sophia Belahmer is studying film at the Université de Québec à Montreal (UQAM). In 2009 she made her first short, Le bleu des confettis, which can be viewed on TOU.TV. Switch & Bitch (winner of the Tourner à tout prix award and the online viewers' top pick at Regard sur le court-métrage in 2015) is her second film co-directed with Juliette Gosselin after their stop-motion work Les Maux-Valises (winner of best experimental film at the 2014 FFEQ). She is currently working on her next short film Jeter après usage.
