Bio

Neil McArthur is a professor of philosophy at the University of Manitoba and associate director of the Centre for Professional and Applied Ethics. He holds a Ph.D. from the University of Southern California. In addition to various articles, he is the author of the book David Hume’s Political Theory (University of Toronto Press, 2007).
