Bio

Scott Leroux earned his BFA (honours) from the University of Manitoba where he studied photography, video, painting, and improvised music. He is a self taught organist and composer whose use of mediums delves deep into his subconscious where he seeks beauty and harmony in the banal.

Using a simple method of screen capturing low res images Scott Leroux creates a dense pallet of ever changing visuals drenched in subconscious efforts. Then par to the course is a score produced in similar fashion by XIE (eXperimental Improv Ensemble).
