Bio
Kevin Kelly is a Professor at the University of Manitoba. He completed his masters at Rutgers University with Martha Gever, Martha Rosler and Geoffrey Hendricks. He has also studied at the University of Victoria and at the Jan Van Eyck Akademie in The Netherlands. He is dedicated to subverting notions of “the natural history”. These tapes are an extension of his practice as a painter and installation artist. Kelly is constantly shifting between digital and other media. He is interested in the appropriation from one media to another. He has exhibited his work extensively. As of late, he has focused on a number of curatorial projects.
