Bio
Gina Pei Chi Chen is an independent filmmaker whose film and video works are informed by queer theories and the politics of identity. She holds a Bachelor of Media Arts degree from Emily Carr Institute of the Arts. She also studied film directing at a graduate level at California Institute of the Arts.
