Dr. Myrle Ballard is a recent doctoral graduate of the Natural Resources Institute at the University of Manitoba and a Lake St. Martin First Nation community member. She aspires to tell stories of indigenous struggle and resilience in the face of environmental racism and the denial of human rights.
